have, just in condensed form. Our beautiful facility has the latest name
brand cardio machines, circuit equipment, free weights. In The Studio, we
offer Pilates Reformer, Step, Pump, Pilates mat and more. We have three
professional trainers ready to whip you into shape and give you the
confidence to make a life commitment to better health. We always welcome

The Redwood Coast Recreation Center Executive Board is comprised of members throughout the Redwood Coast area. Our goal is to provide an indoor gymnasium with swimming pool for community youth and families on an 11-acre parcel of land adjacent to Bower Park on the Gualala Ridge, donated by the late John J. Ross Ranch in Elk is a family-owned business providing guided private horseback riding trips on spectacular Manchester beach or on inland mountain trails in the redwood forest.
