Anchor Bay Children's Choir is a multi-level training and performing choir for children ages 5 to 17 which was founded in 2004. Emphasis is given to reading and understanding written music; singing in tune (in the treble range) through the use of Solfeggio and Curwen hand signs; producing a natural, unforced vocal tone through healthy vocal technique; and exploring a wide variety of musical styles and languages. Singers come from Annapolis through Manchester. ABCC is unaffiliated with religious or other educational organizations. Tuition is kept low and scholarships are available in order to reach all children within the coastal community. The choir gives local performances and takes a break in the summertime. Se habla Español.
