Bruce Jones produces a wide variety of watercolors in a variety of
formats and subjects with visually interesting shapes, textures and
colors, and does drawings in ink, with brush and pen and pencil. He also
sculpts, from whimsical paper mâché masks to clay and cement pieces.
Visitors are welcomed at the studio almost anytime; call 884-3381 for
appointment. Jones is former president of the North Coast Artists Guild,
a Director of the Gualala Art Center and a member of Watercolor Artists
of Sonoma County (WASCO). |

Current Carpets owner Hansine Pedersen Goran designs and hand tufts
custom contemporary area carpets from licensed Wools of New Zealand
for individuals and design professionals worldwide. Carpets are
tufted to each client's specifications at six pounds of wool per
yard and 121 tufts per inch. Current Carpets received the
prestigious International Award for Design Excellence and is an
American Society of Interior Designers Industry Partner.

The Gualala Arts Center is a community based cultural facility in the
little community of Gualala on the Redwood Coast of Northern California.
Home to ongoing local and regional art exhibitions, with several
galleries and facilities for performing arts, as well as a venue for
classes, lectures and community meetings and events, the facility is
open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and most weekends from 12 to 4 p.m.

The North Coast Artists' Guild was founded in 1997 as a part of
Gualala Arts Center to better serve working artists in the Mendocino and
Sonoma coastal communities. Guild events include the annual
Studio Discovery Tour
(Labor Day & weekend after), a sponsored double booth at the annual Art
in the Redwoods Festival in Gualala and several gallery and foyer shows
each year at the Gualala Arts Center. NCAG also maintains an Internet
list serve, a web site and provides venues for artists to sell their
work at local Chamber member businesses. There are currently more than
150 members. |

Yvonne Pankowski has been making jewelry for well
over a decade, and for the last 10 years has been working
primarily in metal. She works with colored golds, sterling and fine
silver, copper, brass, nickel silver and with numerous faceted round and
oval stones. Since July 2006, Yvonne's jewelry has been featured in the
lobby of the Breaker's Inn in
downtown Gualala. Her work can be seen locally at Art in the Redwoods
festival in August, and on the
Studio Discovery Tour in her Annapolis home studio
in September. |
